★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice neprofesionalni jednani. Je to banka zametena proti cizincum. Pokud nejste obcam CR ani se nepokousejte zakladat ucet. Takovy vyslech a jednani jsem zatim nezazil. Nikdy vice Equabank.... ale TV reklamu maji hezkou, bohuzel to je vse.
Very unprofessional negotiations. It is a bank swept against foreigners. If you are not a CR or try to open an account. I have not experienced such a hearing and action yet. Never more Equabank .... but TV advertising is nice, unfortunately that's all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiosk uprostřed koridoru s jedním pracovníkem. Pokud máte štěstí a nikdo před vámi není, ujme se vás hned, pokud smůlu, počkáte si. Jakmile by něco chtělo řešit více lidí, nastává tu velký problém, hlavně pokud by se jednalo o komplexnější poradenství.
Založení účtu proběhlo rychle, nic hotovostního tu neumí, banka přepážky nevede a vkladomaty už vůbec ne. Vložení hotovosti proplácejí jednou měsíčně přes složenkou na ČP... SLOŽENKOU prosím pěkně... Jak tahle banka může získávat ceny spotřebitelů, nepochopím. Vlastně ano... je to podmáznuté.
Každopádně pracovník byl ochotný a rychlý, neměli jsme tu problém.

Opening of the account was fast, there is no cash, the bank does not manage the counter and no deposit machines at all. They pay cash deposits once a month through a postal order at ČP ... PLEASE TO PLEASE PLEASE ... How this bank can win consumer prices, I do not understand. Actually, yes ... it's underwater.
Anyway, the worker was helpful and quick, we had no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Není co vytknout, mohu jedině doporučit. Dočkal jsem se profesionálního přístupu, i když jsem jen zapomněl heslo do internetového bankovnictví.
There is nothing to complain about, I can only recommend it. I experienced a professional approach, even though I just forgot the password for internet banking.

Nemožnost poslat peníze (údajně technický problém), zrušit čekající platbu (nejde prý nikdy), internetové bankovnictví je plné technických chyb a o tom mobilním ani nemluvím... Na mě banka působí jako prototyp, na kterém se studenti učí, jak by banka mohla fungovat.
For me, this is absolute amateurism. Impossibility to send money (allegedly a technical problem), cancel a pending payment (it is said that never happens), internet banking is full of technical mistakes and I'm not even talking about it ... The bank acts as a prototype for me, where students learn how a bank could work .
