★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zrušena pokladna a vkládací bankomat, člověk musí jet až na Palladium kvůli pokladně. Pracovníky jsou velmi ochotné.
Canceled cash register and cash dispenser, one has to go to Palladium for cash. The workers are very willing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál je ochotný, problém vidím ve špatné otevírací době. Končí velmi brzy a otevírací hodiny kopírují pracovní hodiny klientů.
Update po rekonstrukci, konec roku 2018. Potřeboval jsem vybrat eura, ale pokladna uzavřena, není a nebude. Pobočka je mi tu teď k ničemu.
Bankomat je přístupný z venku, kde je plno bezdomovců, opilců a nepřizpůsobivých.
The staff is helpful, I see the problem in bad opening hours. It ends very early and the opening hours copy the clients' working hours.
Update after reconstruction, end of 2018. I needed to withdraw euros, but the box office is closed, it is not and will not be. The branch is useless to me now.
The ATM is accessible from the outside, where it is full of homeless people, drunkards and maladapted people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už veľmi dlho som nezažila takýto arogantný a neochotný prístup. Bolo mi do plaču na ceste domov. Do rb sa niekedy nedá dovolať 3 dni pretože majú preťaženú linku a očividne sa nedá ľudsky komunikovať ani priamo na pobočke. Mením si banku lebo dostanem infarkt:)
I have not experienced such an arrogant and reluctant approach for a very long time. I was crying on the way home. It is sometimes not possible to call the rb for 3 days because they have an overloaded line and obviously it is not possible to communicate humanly even directly at the branch. I change banks because I get a heart attack :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto nezvedají telefony, které jsou uvedeny na internetu. Pobočka je na tramvajové zastávce, kde je plno bezdomovců. Naprosto nevhodná. Bankomat většinou nefunguje a pokladnu na hotovost banka nemá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bankomat mi sebral 2000czk pri vkladu, zablokoval penize a at se obratim na pobocku. Od reditele pobocky Kotrby jen výmysly, vymluvy a neschopnost resit moji reklamaci. Po 11 dnech a x zadostech o vyrizeni penize stale nemam pripsany. Absolutne tuto pobocku a ani bankomat nedoporucuji pouzivat !
The ATM took away CZK 2,000 for my deposit, blocked my money and contacted the branch. From the director of the Kotrba branch, only fabrications, excuses and the inability to solve my complaint. After 11 days and x requests to process the money I still have not credited. I absolutely do not recommend using this branch or ATM!
