Ha ha..... Since my personal banker promoted, communication with this bank has gone to ....... I'd rather not want anything from them and I turn elsewhere ..... rather a modern bank based on a personal approach with a client? Ha ha .....

J	Jirka Fiala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 dní na převod peněz z účtu na můj bankovní účet? Pořád málo! :D V dnešní techno době si musíte stáhnou a vytisknout formulář, vyplnit, naskenovat a poslat. Díkybohu, že to nemusíte posílat poštou, prý stačí mail. Kdykoli kontaktujete mailem podporu přijde vám automatický mail o přijetí vaší zprávy (wow, jak moderní), ale šance, že se dočkáte nějaké reakce je tak 50/50. Když jsem volal kvůli jiné věci, tak jsem čekal dva dny, aby mi zavolali zpátky. Všichni operátoři údajně obsazení, X minut čekání, ale automat mi nabídl, že zavolají zpátky. No nakonec jsem si zavolal ještě jednou a měl to štěstí, že mi to někdo zvedl, ale tohle má být banka? Já měl za to, že finanční instituce stojí a padají na důvěře a k téhle "bance" ji ztrácím. 7 days to transfer money from my account to my bank account? Still a little! : D Today you have to download and print the form, fill in, scan and send it. Thank goodness that you don't have to send it by mail, apparently just mail. Whenever you contact mail support you will receive an automatic mail about receiving your message (wow, how modern), but the chance that you will get some response is so 50/50. When I called for another thing, I waited two days to call me back. All the operators reportedly cast, X minutes waiting, but the vending machine offered to call me back. Well, in the end, I called again and was lucky someone picked it up, but was this a bank? I thought that financial institutions stand and fall in trust and I lose it to this "bank".

S	Silvie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Záměrně zavádějící, klamavé informace, úmyslně nepřehledné produkty, vč. internetové bankovnictví. V domnění, že jste si otevřeli spořící účet s 2% máte celou dobu aktivní pouze běžný s 0%. Výpovědní lhůta není 1den, ale ve skutečnosti Vám blokují peníze min. 3dny.. Úroky vyplácejí po týdnu.. Bankéř Vás na nic neupozorní a ještě Vám doporučí rizikové investice.. Po 2 dnech u této banky s negativními zkušenostmi, odcházím jinam.. Intentionally misleading, misleading information, intentionally confusing products, incl. Internet banking. Assuming that you have opened a savings account with 2%, you only have a regular current account with 0%. The notice period is not 1 day, but in fact they block your money min. 3 days .. Interest is paid after a week .. The banker will not warn you about anything and will still recommend risky investments .. After 2 days at this bank with a negative experience, I am leaving elsewhere ..
M	Ms Prg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedůvěryhodné a nesolidní jednání, klamou a oblbují zákazníka, velký problém se tam dovolat. Úroky zadržují týden, než Vám je vůbec vyplatí, pěkní šmejdi a strategie, kterou jsem u konkurence nezažil.. Neriskoval bych, v případě problému/odchodu zdržují vydání/převod peněz i několik dní .. Untrustworthy and unreliable actions, deceiving and fooling the customer, a big problem to call there. Interest delays a week before it pays off at all, nice scumbags and strategies that I have not experienced with the competition. I would not risk, in case of a problem / departure, they delay the issuance / transfer of money for several days.
