★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dá se k památníku dostat různými cestami, příroda hezká, relativně bez odpadků od turistů. Jen pozor na fakt, že celý Kaňk je poddolovaný. Turistická trasa od památníku směrem k rozhledně je aktuálně omezena průchodem okolo čerstvého propadu pár metrů od propadliny - Kaňk, kam je vstup z bezpečnostního hlediska zakázán a oblast propadu je oplocena mobilním plotem
