However, the experience was ridiculous: a turnstile to get to the elevator + payment to sit in a cafe at the top...this was a first, but fine. It was the service, which was more than unpleasant, that is the reason for the poor review. The attitude and manners of the lady heading the counter made us want to leave as soon as possible. Please don't interpret this is the standard for the Czech Republic or the region!
