★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has serious customer service issues. This is not a four star hotel despite their ranking. The rooms are not clean. The facilities are sub par and the customer service is not what I expected.
On top of all those issues, when I was leaving the hotel they incorrectly under-charged my credit card. They then called me the next week wanting me to give them my credit card again over the phone to fix the issue. I asked them why they didn't have my credit card on file still, and they said they would have to do too much paperwork to fix the payment. At first, I thought they were just a scammer, but eventually they emailed me the proof. I ended up doing a bank transfer for the difference. However, this is not the kind of headache you should have to deal with from a "four star" hotel.
Do yourself a favor and avoid Danubius hotels...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's clean and quiet but wifi wasn't so good. They have some fried eggs, potatoes, and breads for vegetarian in the morning. Love those potatoes!
