★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were super friendly and very helpful when you find the office?. It is a hard place to find, the office is on the inside of the hotel and there's no sign to guide there. I only stumbled on it by accident when going to ask for directions to the office and found them by mistake...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good car, but long check out. Very bad was, that in Airport location did not give a holder for GPS which cause inconvenience and at this place they required it and do not trust it was missing already. We are waiting have they handle comply. I will than update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent here. They will scam you. I’m a Hertz Gold member and usually when I rent a car in US, all I have to do is getting a car key. I prepaid the total amount when I reserved the car so all I needed was to pick up the car key. When I got to the office, the beard guy told me, my rental agreement was already made and all I need was to sign the paper and take the car. I didn’t even look at the paper as I prepaid the car which included Super cover insurance. I verbally confirmed that I didn’t need any other insurance which he also agreed that it was enough. After I returned the car and received the invoice, I figured out that they added the Windows screen insurance and PERS and FPO without telling me!!!!
If you did rent here, pls make sure that they don’t secretly add anything behind you!!!
Make sure to read everything that you sign for. Video record the conversation while you rent the car.
Also the car I rented started to lit TPMS(tire pressure monitoring) just the day after I rented.
It also gave AdBlue warning sign after 500km. They don’t thoroughly check up the car that they rent. You’ll have hard time figuring out all the warning signs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very easy to rent from them. But what was really amazing was their help in finding a lost item i left in the car after i returned it. They were very responsive to my emails and even figured out a way to send the item back all the way to the US. Thankyou so so much!!!!
