R	Remus Alcal'a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was nice with this company. Pavel is so nice , we made a good deal with a good price , and fair with no extra money. The car was ok , little dirty but for his price was not bad at all.

It's not a big company, so there's a small office in what looks like a residential building, you need to call the intercom from downstairs... But there's an office inside, and the car was waiting for us at the parking lot outside. The price was much cheaper than at the big companies, so it was a good deal.

On the contrary,in Prague there are many renting car companies managed by young entrepreneurs, willing to help foreigners & able to offer good prices both for taxi service, for car rental & for driving services. A look at internet will be very useful & interesting.
C	Claire R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pavel is awesome! I was able to find an automatic spacious van for my road trip around the Czech Republic at a better price than anywhere else in Prague! He took out the seats for me so that I would have more space and he even lent me a phone charger for the car! Great service great prices and great cars!!
A	Alex Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would We booked the car a couple of months in advance. He contacted me 10 days before to confirm. Arranged to meet us at the airport so we could then drive 90 min to our next destination. We arranged a later check in at the hotel. All was good. We landed, no Pavel, no sign, no car. No answering of the phone calls. Even borrowed a phone to try calling not on WhatsApp. Sent an email. 45 min later he sends me this (see picture) all nonchalant. I was livid. Had to arrange another car. They took an 800 Euro deposit which we hadn't planned for. We were late for our late-check in. So we had to pay a fee. So Pavel basically cost us a lot more money even though we didn't use his car. Very much avoid - reading the other reviews (which I wish I would have paid attention to) this is not the first time he's left people stranded EDIT: I said 800€ we paid to another company for their deposit 25th March you confirmed my booking. Yes I changed the days from 10th - 17th to 10th - 14th but Pavel confirmed this as per attached photo

The car was in great condition, ran well, and we were even able to get a GPS for a small fee. Last and most importantly, it is the most AFFORDABLE company! Rent a car here!!
R	Ray McIntosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I contacted Pavel 7 months before we needed to hire a car and confirmed we wanted to hire a Passat from him. We received confirmation emails and then we wrote again in March to make sure that a car would be available for us the day we needed it. We received confirmation again from Pavel that this was all confirmed and that he would drop it off at our hotel in the morning. We received an email from him the morning of pick up to say that our car had been in an accident but that he would replace it with another. We said that would be okay but did it have a GPS as we needed one but would be able to cope if it didn't have one. We received another email just saying this time that he had no cars available. We thought that something must have got lost in translation so asked reception at the hotel to talk to him but she had no joy either. So we were left in limbo without a car on the first day of our holiday. It was lucky for us that we were out at the Holiday Inn at the airport and the staff there were so helpful and took us to the car rental centre at the airport and we were able to hire a car from a more reputable company.

The night before my reservation I got an email saying my car was not available and I was offered a different car but slightly more expensive. I would have liked more notice and been offered the same price but the new price was still better than other places so it was fine. The car was basic but was comfortable and drove great. Pavel and his father were friendly and very helpful. Their English was good so communication was easy, considering my Czech is horrible. I will use this service again and recommend them.
