★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a reservation, and then the branch in Houston said they did not have the car. They gave us a choice - no car (and lost deposit) or $240 dollars + tax extra for a bigger car. Very rude and a very bad experience when you just enter the United States.
I do not recommend them.
