★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standardní pobočka řetězce. Upravili uspořádání. Co se týče textilu, prodávají pouze vybraných pár výrobců - z českých Hannah. Velké uličky, 2 pokladny, zákaznická karta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme dnes 28.11.2021 kolem 17.hod využít akci 2+1. U pokladny mladá prodavačka, tmavé vlasy a brýle, na cedule jsem neviděl jméno, pouze prodavačka... Zeptal jsem se, jestli by byla tak hodná a zjistila, jestli bunda je ve velikosti L. Odpověď zněla, vše je na krámě a určitě není, když jsem požádal, jestli by se nemohla podívat do systému, trochu arogantně odpověděla, že je tady skoro každý den, že ví co je na krámě a že ráno byly dvě tyto bundy, ale jeden pán si jednu koupil, takže bohužel... Nechápu, když na prodejně byla ještě jedna bunda a my měli druhou... No nic, spočítala to, řekla cifru, my zaplatili a pak , že je to nějak moc, tak prý zapomněla tu jednu položku odečíst... Ne jen, že nás zdržela, další lidi taky, svým nepříjemným projevem zkazila den... Už asi příště zvolíme jinou prodejnu!!!
We were today 28.11.2021 around 5 pm to use the 2 + 1 event. A young saleswoman at the cash register, dark hair and glasses, I didn't see the name on the sign, only the saleswoman ... I asked if she would be so kind and found out if the jacket is in size L. The answer was, everything is in the shop and certainly not when I asked if she could look into the system, she replied a little arrogantly that she was here almost every day, that she knew what was at the store and that there were two of these jackets in the morning, but one gentleman bought one, so unfortunately ... I don't understand when there was another jacket in the store and we had another ... Well, nothing, she calculated it, she said the number, we paid and then that it's somehow too much, so she said she forgot to subtract that one item ... Not only that she delayed us, other people too, ruined the day with her unpleasant speech ... We will probably choose another store next time !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dřív jsem měl tuhle prodejnu rád a vyhovoval mi hlavně výběr bot. Teď musím dát pouze průměrné hodnocení, protože trekové obuvi bylo zoufale málo. Preferuji možnost vyzkoušet si různé typy bot na prodejně bez předchozího objednání. Možná se to zlepší s jarní sezonou, ale já chci chodit celoročně. Pochvalu si zaslouží jednoduchá a přehledná organizace zboží.
I used to like this store and my choice of shoes suited me. Now I only have to give an average rating, because there were desperately few trekking shoes. I prefer the opportunity to try different types of shoes at the store without prior order. It may improve with the spring season, but I want to go all year round. The simple and clear organization of the goods deserves praise.
