★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi nejhorší servis co jsem kdy navštívil, po servise ročního TGM v Hesti jsem se podíval na olej, byl černý jako bota. Po dotazu, proč je tak černý a je v něm kal mě bylo sděleno, že je to normální. Označil jsem si i filtry, na ně nebylo ani sáhnuto. Prostě zaplaceno, ale nevyměněno. Takže Hesti už nikdy! O servisu Hesti jsem slyšel jen samá negativa. Nevěřil jsem, bohužel je to pravda. Koukám, že samé kladné recenze, zřejmě psané zaměstnanci.
Probably the worst service I have ever visited, after the service of the one-year TGM in Hesti I looked at the oil, it was black as a shoe. When asked why it is so black and has sludge in it, I was told that it was normal. I also marked the filters, they were not even touched. Simply paid but not exchanged. So Hesti never again! I only heard the negatives about the Hesti service. I didn't believe it, unfortunately it's true. I see the very positive reviews, apparently written by staff.
