Prostorny , cisty pokoj.Velmi mily a napomocny personal, bohuzel cely pozitivni dojem trval do te doby nez se na recepci objevila zrejme pani majitelka bez toho aby pozdravila hosty spucovala primo v hoteleve hale zamestnance za zaparkovane auta hostu pred vstupem, nasledne pozadala jedinou servirku o odneseni kabelky do pokoje....Cela situace pro me z pozice hosta byla velmi neprijemna,zamestnanci najednou pusobili velmi krecovite. O tom ze majitele jsou zde dulezitejsi nez hoste svedci 4 nejlepsi z cca 12 mist v podzemnich garazich ktere byli rezervovany a obsazeny auty majitelu a my jsme si mohli vybrat ze zbyvajicich. Napr. VIP mista mezi popelnicemi a nebo velmi oblibene misto mezi sloupy kde dite s autosedackou proste vyndat nejde.To jen k tomu zvytecnemu povyku proc hotelovy hoste parkuji pred hotelem. Ale protoze hotel si svoje majitele nevybira 4,5 hvezdicky. Great place. Good breakfast. Spacious, clean room. Very nice and helpful staff, unfortunately the whole positive impression lasted until the owner appeared at the reception without greeting the guests, she worked directly in the hotel lobby staff for parked the guest car before entering, then asked the only waitress for taking the handbag to the room .... The whole situation for me from the position of a guest was very unpleasant, the staff suddenly seemed very clumsy. The fact that the owner is more important than the guest witnesses 4 of the best of about 12 places in the underground garages, which were reserved and occupied by the owner's cars and we could choose from the remaining. E.g. VIP places between the garbage cans or a very popular place between the pillars where a child with a car seat simply can not be taken out. But because the hotel does not choose its owners 4.5 stars.

Klitschnasse Stuhlkissen und Decken auf der Terrasse. Schlechter Service. Not worth a 5 *. Breakfast was more than poor, not even ashtrays emptied during the stay. Soaking wet chair cushions and blankets on the terrace. Bad service.

Very pleasant atmosphere, service, food top. Location excellent, close to everything, no need for car. I would be happy to recommend!
P	Paul Byrne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the couples massage. It was in general ok. A couple of things let it down unfortunately. The room was quite noisy with a loud fan in the background and the music was quite low so the atmosphere wasn't so relaxed. My partner's masseuse didn't manage her time so well and she did not have any massage on her arms or hands, whereas I got the full body massage. Lastly we were wrapped in plastic during a peel for 25 minutes but both of us wanted to get out after ten mins as it was far too hot, but unfortunately the staff didn't check in on us to see if we were ok.
