★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and receptionist were very friendly and kind.
The dinner and breakfast were excellent and I think this was the only positive experience from my stay.
Sadly, the cleanliness in the bathroom, burn holes in the carpet, coffee/tea remarks on furniture from previous gues and noise from the above room and the main hall made my stay very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is within 10 mins walking distance from the Airport , there is a shuttle bus every 30 mins for pick up and drop offs at the terminals. All the staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, comfortable and the food in the restaurant was good. will use again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering the price and services, I would recommend to stay here only in case of very early morning departure from Prague airport. Hotel has only one benefit and that's very close location to airport.
Take it as clean and good sleep over, but the price is a bit off and you can for half get much better experience in town centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel for one night stay was alright. What was really frustrating was the lady driver who drives shuttle bus. What happened was that after I landed, feeling exhausted, I was waiting for her at the contact point number 8 at the airport, she came there and didn't bother to even talk to me that this is her. On the car it is not recognisable that this is Holiday inn shuttle bus. She was waiting in the car and watching me in the rain and after 6 minutes approximately she opened the door of the car approaching me, looking very upset and rolling her eyes. Please give her good customer service training as this is not acceptable! Receptionist was alright but looked overwhelmed because me and other customers got card from the room which didn't work and needed to return to a reception. The only nicest person in the hotel was the waitress ( slovakian speaking) in the restaurant - great attitude and customer service skills. The room was solid but please next time look at the towels as there were small holes on it. The hotel is not entirely bad but some staff need customer service skills training, there is a need to check the towels and as well emotional and physical wellbeing of your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is modern, clean and tidy throughout. The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy.
The only issue with the hotel is the staff. Check-in girl was dull, and didn't even greet us. It looked as though she hated work.
Girl working at bar was the same, very impolite and looked like she hates work. We had one drink and left. We were going to have another one and have something to eat but decided to leave. We walked to shop at airport terminal and bought a bottle of wine, food, and then returned to our room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handy location but not of a 4 star standard and was generally disappointed. The lobby to the bedrooms stank of cigarette smoke and there was a lot of noise coming into the room all night. Breakfast was average but not bad for the price.
If you need a night stay near the airport it's fine.....but 3 stars at best....more like 2.5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My flight has arrived very late so the Holliday Inn Prague Airport was my bet! I’ve been at this hotel several times, already, and I was looking forward to sleep in their comfy and very clean bed!
The Tv entertainment was amazing if you can not fall asleep right away. The breakfast was excellent. The huge coffee made me really happy*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great airport hotel, very modern and clean. Perfect place to stay for our overnight layover, easy short walk to the terminal. Food was tasty in the restaurant too. Air conditioning unit was a bit noisy which made sleeping a little difficult, but otherwise it was a great night.
