A komunikace s call centrem naprosto profesionální, paní se mnou vše v klidu prošla, překontrolovala a vše ukončila k mé spokojenosti. Takže nakonec preplatite úplně zbytečně. Jsou to lháři a chtěj všechny akorát okrast. Snažili sme se to řešit, po telefonu vás všichni odbydou, nakonec nás paní na lince ujistila že se na to podívá a ozve se. No a už se nikdy neozvala. Už nikdy nic a doufám, že se to dozví co nejvíc lidí ??? Žádný problém se splácením v bance nebo nikde nemám,ani exekucí nic podobného.. proto home credit nechápu (nula hvězd nejde dát škoda) za mě nedoporučuji, zbytečné vyplňování osobních údajů!!! Vše jsem vyplnil, práci mám na dobu neurčitou, žádnou exekuci nic nemám. Oni něco mleli o půjčce, žádnou půjčku nechci ale splátky. Takže grafiku musím koupit za plnou cenu, protože jí nutně potřebuji. Děkuji Home Credit. ? I wanted to buy a graphics card in installments when the prices are crazy.
