Nabízeli mi tarify, které si mohu najít na webu O2, k čemuž opravdu nepotřebuji tuhle podvodnou firmu. I wanted to try out of curiosity if they would really offer a bargain. What they showed took my breath away. They offered me tariffs that I can find on the O2 website, which I really don't need this fraudulent company for.

Nechce se mi přesně rozepisovat situaci ale den před příjezdem technika na internet mi zavolali a řekli ze je ti jinak, cele to domotali a už mi nedokazali nějak rychle pomoct ani přímo u Vodafone a tam mi řekli že kdybych to rovnou řešil s nimi byl bych dávno připojen. Místo toho sem týden bez internetu a kdo ví kdy to zapojí. Very bad experience with this company. I don't want to describe the situation exactly, but the day before the technician came to the internet, they called me and told you that they were different, they got it right and they couldn't help me quickly at Vodafone and they told me that if I dealt with them right away connected. Uzavřela jsem smlouvu s operátorem na internet, TV i tarif, ale NEUSTÁLE JSOU S TÍM PROBLÉMY, chodí mi nonstop sms, že jsem nedodala podepsanou smlouvu, kterou mi ale operátor potvrdil, že má v pořádku v databázi! TAKÉ DALI MOJE ČÍSLO nějakým pojišťovacím společnostem, které mi neustále volají s nabídkami! NIKDY VÍC!!! Přes ně jsem si požádal o přesun ze stavajícího providera, k novému (BOHUŽEL), s tím že jsem výslovně žádal o to než to přesunou aby vše zkontrolovali že bude funkční abych mohl pracovat....a ejhle co se stalo , ve chvíli přepojení na nového poskytovatele mi nic nefuguje a slečna na telefonu neví která bije, pouze že prej si poslechnou záznam se mnou a že mi dají vědět! Firma za mně vubec neví nic, ani dovolat se jim nejde normálně přístup k záíkazníkovi = naval prachy a mlč For me, a company that doesn't know what it says ... Veškerý přístup profesionální. Operátor rozuměl tomu, co dělá. Nenutili mi Bohemia energy, do které bych nešel nikdy vzhledem k její pověsti, tím si získali další body. Opravdu za mne vyřídili veškeré papírování. Převod elektřiny trval asi 4 měsíce, plyn 8 měsíců. Nyní jsem již komplet převedený s fixací a byly mi vyplaceny i bonusy za přechod. Za mě nejlepší zkušenost v oblasti služeb. Normálně jsem z toho měl radost, protože jsem ušetřil čas i peníze bez starostí a vyplňovaní formulářů, které vůbec nemusím. Srovnával jsem si přes jejich webové stránky tarify od mobilních operátorů,přičemž se mi asi druhý den ozval jejich obchodní zástupce a nabídl mi tarif od Vodafonu. Po telefonické konzultaci bylo z mé strany vysvětleno že je možná požadovaná jistina z důvodu černé listiny u operátora. Přičemž o vratné jistina jsem věděl. Obchodní zástupce mi telefonicky potvrdil,když zadával mé rodné číslo,že žádná jistina není potřeba a že na černé listině u operátora nejsem. Tak jsem na nabídku jak se říká kyvnul. Po telefonickém hovoru a s domluvou,že si nechám přenést číslo od stávajícího operátora k Vodafonu se obchodní zástupce mile rozloučil a popřál hezký den.Následující asi třetí den mi přišla SMS že v tolik a tolik hodin mám očekávat kurýra se smlouvou a že si mám připravit vratnou jistinu ve výši 2000,-,že po složení jistiny mi proběhne přednost čísla. :) Volání zpět do Tarifomaru s tím,že chci odstoupit,že mi bylo vysvětleno že žádná jistina se platit nemusí,a proč je tedy teď jinak. Tentokrát to vzala nějaká slečna,a vše mi Po telefonickém nahrávaném hovoru potvrdila,že je tedy vše stornované a žádný přenos čísla neproběhne. O dva dny dále mi o půlnoci přišla SMS s tím,že mě vítá Vodafon ve svých sítích :) Za mě rozhodně nedoporučuji. Very bad experience with this company. This time a young lady took it, and after everything after the telephone call, she confirmed to me that everything was canceled and no number transfer would take place. Two days later, I received an SMS at midnight stating that Vodafone welcomes me to its networks :) I definitely do not recommend for me.
