★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně neprofesionální vystupování, neslušná nekomunikace se zákazníkem. Po objednání jsem čekala velmi dlouho na zboží a teprve po dotázání jsem zjistila, že by zboží dorazilo až po dlouhé době. Proto jsem objednávku zrušila a dostala potvrzení o zrušení. I přesto mi zboží bez ohlášení dorazilo. E-shop jsem samozřejmě informovala o tom, žejsem nakonec zboží i přes zrušení obdržela a požádala je o fakturu. Bohužel jsem se nedočkala ani slušného poděkování za upozorvnění, ani slova dobrý den v emailu. Navíc jsem obdržela fakturu s chybnými údaji tak, aby to vypadalo, že platím po splatnosti. Také zkušenost! Takže květináče budu určitě příště nakupovat jinde. A radím to i všem ostatním.
 Absolutely unprofessional behavior, indecent non-communication with the customer. After ordering, I waited a very long time for the goods and only after asking did I find out that the goods would arrive after a long time. Therefore, I canceled the order and received a confirmation of cancellation. Even so, the goods arrived without notice. Of course, I informed the e-shop that I finally received the goods despite the cancellation and asked them for an invoice. Unfortunately, I did not receive a decent thank you for the warning, or the words hello in the email. In addition, I received an invoice with incorrect information so that it looks like I am paying overdue. Also an experience! So I will definitely buy flower pots elsewhere next time. And I advise everyone else.
