★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, právě jsem si pronajal byt nabízený společností homerent. Tuto agenturu důrazně nedoporučuji. Jsou velmi nečestní. V bytě nefungovalo mnoho věcí (pračka, sušička, kolejnice na skříňkách, pouze 4 vidličky a 2 pánve, topinkovač, který vypíná elektřinu...). Na konci smlouvy jsem dostal pouze 2500 Kč, ačkoli jsem zaplatil 40000 Kč. Agentura nechce nic vědět a využívá toho k tomu, aby vás okradla o peníze. Pokud hledáte byt, doporučuji skupiny na Facebooku, ale ne tuto agenturu. Na konci prohlídky bytu jsem se ohradil a řekl realitnímu makléři, že s tím nesouhlasím, a on mi odpověděl: "Pokud nesouhlasíte, tak si všechny peníze z kauce necháme". Tak vydělávají peníze. Buďte opatrní a mějte hezký den.
PS: Nahlásil jsem tuto agenturu na mnoha facebookových skupinách, aby cizinci a mladí studenti erasmu také nespadli do pasti.
 Hello, I just rented an apartment offered by homerent. I strongly do not recommend this agency. They are very dishonest. Not many things worked in the apartment (washer, dryer, rails on the cabinets, only 4 forks and 2 pans, a toaster that turns off the electricity ...). At the end of the contract, I received only CZK 2,500, although I paid CZK 40,000. The agency doesn't want to know anything and uses it to rob you of your money. If you are looking for an apartment, I recommend groups on Facebook, but not this agency. At the end of the inspection of the apartment, I objected and told the real estate agent that I did not agree with it, and he replied: "If you do not agree, we will keep all the money from the deposit". That's how they make money. Be careful and have a nice day.
PS: I have reported this agency on many Facebook groups so that foreigners and young students of Erasmus do not fall into the trap either.
