Very nice place

Kolčavka is a beautiful large villa (chateau) with a characteristic tower-type building on the Rokytka embankment, not far from the defunct village of Podviní. The first mention of Kolčavka comes from the 18th century. At the beginning of the 19th century, the homestead was rebuilt into a magnificent three-wing Classicist summer house with an English park, there were ponds and romantic buildings in the garden. In 1852 he rebuilt the homestead of dr. František Čupr to a private grammar school and economic school. At the end of the 19th century, the buildings fell into disrepair, with a cement plant, an inn and a locksmith shop. Today, the homestead has been renovated and serves as a commercial and economic complex, including a private fire museum. In 2001, the original tower was demolished and a new tower was built. In 1852 dr. František Čupr rebuilt the object as private grammar school and school of economics. At the end of the 19th century, the buildings were dilapidated, there was a cement factory, an inn and a locksmithery there. Today, the estate is repaired and serves as a commercial estate, including a private fire museum. In 2001, the original tower was demolished and a brand new one was built.

An original vineyard farmhouse converted into a castle and a noble residence, a chateau that surrounded the English park. Burgundy was grown here in the vineyards. Interesting is the rest of the viaduct in the adjacent park, this track was canceled in 1984.
