★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small budget hotel with decent clean rooms and good staff. Location is convenient, IP Pavlova metro/tram is at walking distance. We booked during city tourism's promotion period so got free vouchers for almost all the popular places in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is really good for the price. The rooms are not too hot and the beds are comfortable. The staff is really friendly! And the reception is open 24/7 which is convenient if you wanna go to clubs or bars.

Best praises go to two beautiful waiter ladies that serve dinner, Ana and Nadia. They were always smiling and so kind.
Breakfast was very good ,and dinner was okay.
Rooms were cleaned well, and new towels were always changed.
Also best praises go to a very nice and kind receptionist Yevhenii.
They really made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for an decent, inexpensive hotel in a fairly good location and Brixen is just that. The rooms are simple, but clean, tidy and have everything you need for a short stay. Visiting in November, the weather gets cold, but the room was warm and had a heater that could be manipulated to adjust the temperature. Bathroom was nice, very clean and the cleaning service changed our towels and toiletteries daily. The hotel also has a 24h reception were the staff was friendly and always there. The location was perfect, old town is in a 15-30 minutes walking distance, there's also good connection by tram/metro to various parts of the city as well as the airport. Would for sure recommend to everyone looking for a cheap, but good hotel in nice location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My room number 42 was different from my friends rooms. I haven’t the kettle, the fridge, the safe box, the light switch, close to the bed. They have them. Besides the door entering the room was broken. The first day they did not clean my room. I had only one towel and no shower carpet. At breakfast orange juice was disgusting. The last they we were talking to the reception man about fixing taxi, for leaving. He said he did do not talk to me, but only to my male friend, because he is from Montenegro, where men talk to men, not to women. This is racism. Eventually he reserved transfert, for airport, telling us to pay to the driver, only by card, maximum 700 crowns. Actually the driver asked for 1100 crowns, only by cash. We had only euros. The change was 1 euro= 25 crowns, it was 44 euros. He applied 1 euro = 20 crowns, and he asked us 50 euros, he robbed us.
