u	uwitzsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben dieses Hotel über Secret Escapes mit einer guten handvoll Kuranwendungen und Halbpension gebucht. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage zum Kurpark, zu den Kolonnaden sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Das Hotel besticht durch die typische Bäderarchitektur, welche sich auch im Inneren widerspiegelt. Die Zimmer sind dem Niveau entsprechend eingerichtet und geräumig. Das WLAN ist im gesamten Haus stabil und gut. Wir wurden in allen Bereichen immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Das ganze Hotel ist durchaus aus sehr sauber zu bezeichnen. Die Kuranwendungen haben uns sehr gefallen. Es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Wie sollte es auch immer sein, gibt es ein paar Punkte der Kritik. Der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz des Hotel's ist sehr eng und für größere Fahrzeuge eher ungeeignet. Das in der Halbpension enthaltene Abendessen ist gelinde gesagt nicht viel wert. Ich habe so gut wie immer nachgewürzt . Die Auswahl ist übersichtlich. Das Frühstück hingegen war recht gut, nur die Säfte entsprachen nicht meinen Geschmack. The hotel is in a very good location to the Kurpark, to the colonnades it is only a few minutes' walk. The hotel impresses with its typical resort architecture, which is also reflected inside. The rooms are furnished according to the standard and are spacious. The WiFi is stable and good throughout the house. We were always treated very friendly and courteous in all areas. The whole hotel can be described as very clean. We really liked the spa treatments. Our wishes were met. As it should be, there are a few points of criticism. The hotel's paid parking lot is very narrow and unsuitable for larger vehicles. The dinner included in the half board is not worth much to say the least. I almost always spiced it up. The selection is clear. The breakfast, on the other hand, was quite good, only the juices didn't suit my taste.

Dojem z celé obsluhy velmi rozpačitý, přednostní vřelost k zahraniční zejména rusky mluvící klientele, občas nepoznáte, že jste v Česku. I spa služby byly na výborné úrovni. Škoda drobných vad na celkovém dojmu - v jednolůžkovém pokoji nejsou police na uložení oblečení, jen velká skříň s ramínky, vedle umyvadla není nic na pověšení ručníku, takže se k němu musíte obrátit a utírat si ruce v podstatě nad záchodem. V boxech v oddělení sauna/masáž není nic na pověšení županu, tak ho musíte hodit na podlahu. A přestože jsou snídaně do 10, byla v 9.30 restaurace už zamčená, protože prý všichni byli na snídani, ale před procedurami se nemůžete najíst dosyta, abyste je zvládli, a pak se rádi dojdete "dorazit", což by snad neměl být problém ? Too bad minor defects in the overall impression - in the single room there are no shelves for storing clothes, just a large closet with hangers, there is nothing to hang a towel next to the sink, so you have to turn to it and wipe your hands basically over the toilet. There is nothing to hang a bathrobe in the boxes in the sauna / massage department, so you have to throw it on the floor. And even though it's breakfast until 10, the restaurant was already locked at 9.30 because everyone was supposed to be at breakfast, but you can't eat enough to handle them before the procedures, and then you like to "arrive", which shouldn't be a problem ?

"Established in 1900", they are either specifically aim to rip off tourists or had been terrible for 118 years. Either way avoid this place like plague!
M	Martin Straka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in Marianske lazne for conference, so I can't evaluate spa services but for an accomodation, the hotel is OK. Clean room, quite spacy for solo traveler, sufficient wi-fi and nice staff. Thumbs up!
L	Lionel Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old building with museum upgrades. Comfortable place. Reception staff very helpful. Restaurant staff very polite. I'm still staying here so may have more to say. My room...Ok. Towels changed everyday, but........the toilet and sink have never been washed or cleaned once for the one week that I stayed here so far (staying here for 9 days). For this one point, the four stars I give may go down to one star, but for the fact that the staff are really really good, polite and helpful.
