★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very friendly, down to earth, flexible staff, unlike some of the "luxury hotels" where the staff thinks they still in the communist regime and acts like they should be served....
AND THEY HAVE GORGEOUS TULIPS EVERY DAY ON EVERY TABLE....!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay did not happen due to Covid restrictions and there was no offer for changing the dates and no money given back. I am retiree so even more dissapointed I was how awful customer service I got in such a difficult time! Absolutely dishonest and shameful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel with Sauna, massages, mineral baths, and swimming pool. Staff are very friendly. One negative is that the balconies are only big enough for 2 people to stand or 1 person sitting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was beetles in the room. When I ask the receptionist to change the room gave me a paper and just said go second floor to this room without any explanation!!!! And I went. There was sales manager in the room and they told me 'ahhh we know this beetle, they are not dangerous to human!!!! And they asked me can you wait 1 hour to change your room like I do not have anything to do!!! ofc I could not wait at the end they changed my room and they gave me room 325 which is freezing cold room. This time they told me there is no available room.. The next day I left the hotel very sick and go back my home so hard... Because of the non hygienic situations I did not use the pool!, sauna etc.. I do not recommend this hotel. There are many other good hotels... Look for the others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the Cristal Palace during our summer tour across Bohemia few weeks’ back. Our hotel selection was driven by it’s convenient location close to the main spa promenade and yet “off the beaten path”. We have traveled extensively with two children, and the choice of location was definitely a win; having true mineral springs right on location (actually,both Edward II and Augustin are accessible in the hotel lobby) was a nice surprise.
The western style hotel itself was exactly what we were looking for. Everything including our rooms & common areas was very clean and well kept; with air conditioning precisely on the level you would want to have it set on the hottest day of the year. The pool area was spotless and beats most of the Hilton and Marriott properties I of often stay in when traveling at home (USA).
Last, but not least - I have to mention bartenders and restaurant staff - all pleasant, polite and honest. We had only few cocktails and a breakfast, but these completed the package for us & sealed our positive experience.
We will be recommending this hotel to all of our friends and will make sure to put it in our travel plans the next time we travel through the Czech Republic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our 3rd time in one of the Orea Hotels. We have visited Orea Hotel Cristal with 2 kids and had a great weekend. Rooms and grounds were spotless clean. Had a warm welcome upon arrival, special thanks to Mrs. Ludmila at the reception. Breakfast and Dinner buffet were fine. Staff at the cafe downstairs were very friendly and had great cakes & coffee. Wellness area was small but enough to entertain the kids and find a bit relax time for adults. Thank you Orea Hotels for not disappointing us with the level of service you provide across all hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful establishment. Perfectly located, managed (the staff is friendly and considerate) and equiped for a family of four, even more for the rainy days. The rooms are nice, the food is delicious. We will definitely come back !
