★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was cool, location of the hotel is great. Lady in the reception was kind and helpful (she gave advice about parking spots, which was indeed needed, the parking in the city is a pain in the ***). On the top of that, breakfast nextdoors was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as expected! Not worth a penny. I am not the one who can evaluate but hell not 4 star!!
First thing, The hotel offers as well half board so we took it since we planned to stay one night. We were not satisfied with the restaurant at all. We prebooked the dinner with three courses. The dinner did not have any menu at all, so you had to eat whatever they serve to you. And that one think that they serve was different from person to person, eventually was served different for others which had the same offer. The main course contained deer meet, but there was not meet at all just some leftovers I guess. And when we finished everythink, we had to ask for the desert because they werent serving to us. As well we had to pay all our drinks.
Next morning we had included breakfast, we were hopping that this will be at least good. We went and again, no information at all of what you are eating. 3 different types of meat and not any info of kind of meat it is (pork, chicken etc.). Eventually, I had been in many hotels 3, 4, 5 star, even hostels and this was the worst breakfast ever.
One star goes just for sauna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not a 4 star. For welcome, receptionist yelles at you if you stop in front in clearly marked 15 min. parking spot. You want to ask what and how, she is right outside screaming to move away.
Tiny pool is rather a jacuzzi for few people to stand in water. Cannot swim here.
Room was wery warm during hot weather. No AC in hotel.
Hotel has very limited parking. Have to go around the block near covered swimming pool.
Good breakfast, but service women are not too pleasant.
Overall, nice quiet area, but locals attitude in Marianske Lazne is not enjoyable. Karlovy Vary is on much better level, it seems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money hotel.. The rooms are tidy and sufficient.. The spa probably is not the best but it's not the worst either. The breakfast was good.. The location of the hotel is perfect.. The swimming pool is not really a swimming pool.. It is way to small for any kind of activity.. Overall the hotel pleasently surprised me..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely NOT a 4-star hotel.
First the good. The rooms are very pleasant and clean. Shower is a bit uncomfortable, but this is probably due to the building's age.
Breakfast is great. Good and simple local cuisine.
The sauna is nice, the "pool" however is 2x2 meters. You can stand there, that's about it. Wet sauna didn't work at all btw. Only the dry one.
Now, the bad.
The dinner was a complete joke. No menu in English and NO CHOICE of dishes whatsoever. You eat what they serve you.
ONE option for starter.
ONE option for main.
ONE option for dessert.
The food wasn't bad by any means, nothing special, but quite pleasant.
The "romantic" dinner we paid for was baffling to say the least. We were given a menu, in English this time, BUT - the food that was served had NO connection whatsoever to what was stated on the menu. I honestly can't get my head around it.
WHY to give a menu and then to completely disregard it and serve something completely different.
And again, NO CHOICE WHATSOEVER. "You eat whatever we give you".
If you want - stay there, but definitely don't pay for the "dinner". Go to some local restaurants instead.
The hotel itself is a strong 3-stars. Not 4 for sure.
The restaurant is the weirdest place we've dined at. Very strange experience overall.
