I	Iveta Stonavska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytování dobré, čisté, akorát matrace by mohla být lepší. Jídlo = snídaně, večeře - super, personál výborný!! ❤️... První den v hotelu zima z důvodu havárie kotle, druhý den bylo krásně teplicko a vše jak má být. Bylo s náma roční miminko a všichni byli velice ochotni.. Jo a ještě jsme zapomněli podotknout na úžasné masáže!! Accommodation good, clean, just the mattress could be better. Food = breakfast, dinner - super, staff excellent !! ❤️ ... The first day in the hotel winter due to boiler failure, the second day was beautifully Teplice and everything as it should be. There was a one-year-old baby with us and everyone was very willing .. Yeah and we forgot to mention amazing massages !!

A radno říci, že jsme se pokaždé setkali u provozovatele hotelu s maximálním pochopením. Za našeho pobytu jsme se setkali s velice příjemnými a vstřícnými lidmi, s čistotou na úrovni všude kam jsme vstoupili, s velice pozornou a příjemnou obsluhou a s výbornou kuchyní. Líbilo se nám, že během posezení v restaurační části hotelu jsme mohli využívat i venkovní část. Už nyní uvažujeme o programu v příštím roce za pobytu v hotelu Poštovní dvůr. Byli jsme moc spokojeni. And it is advisable to say that we always met with the hotel operator with maximum understanding. During our stay we met very nice and helpful people, with cleanliness everywhere we entered, with very attentive and pleasant service and with excellent cuisine. We liked that while sitting in the restaurant part of the hotel we could use the outdoor part. We are already considering the program next year during our stay at the Poštovní dvůr hotel. a	ahojtadyadela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poměr cena - kvalita odpovídá. Obsluha byla milá a přátelská, hotel působil rodinným a skromným dojmem, vždy se s nimi dalo domluvit a vyšli nám vstříc. Snídaně bohaté, večeře formou tříchodového menu - některá jídla byla dobrá, ale jinak bych řekla, že je to taková lepší školní jídelna. Co mě ale zklamalo nejvíc, byly procedury. Paní masérka byla sice skvělá, nicméně jsme měli zaplacených 30m, ale z nich se stalo pouhých 15-20m, z procedur jsme tedy vždy odcházeli o 15-20m dříve, což mě docela mrzelo. The price-quality ratio corresponds. The staff was nice and friendly, the hotel had a family and modest impression, they could always be arranged and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Rich breakfast, dinner in the form of a three-course menu - some meals were good, but otherwise I would say it's such a better school cafeteria. But what disappointed me the most were the procedures. The masseuse was great, but we had paid 30m, but they only became 15-20m, so we always left the procedures 15-20m earlier, which made me quite sorry.
J	Jiri Lacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice vstřícný a ochotný personál. Snídaně byly rozmanité a bohaté. Pokoje čisté, útulné, matrace byly pro mě moc měkké. Obědy a večeře byly opět vynikající. Paní masérka byla velmi šikovná, pěkně nám protáhla tělo. S pobytem jsme byli velice spokojeni, pokud bychom někdy jeli do Mariánských Lázní ubytování bychom neměnili. Mnohokrát děkujeme.

Zejména paní recepční a paní Alenka z masáží jsou úžasné dámy s krásným lidským přístupem.Klidný, útulný rodinný hotel s procedurami,solnou jeskyní apod Za nás moc děkujeme a vřele doporučujeme. Vogeltanzovi We spent three nights here. Everything clean, food good, always some dessert after the meal. The staff is really friendly and pleasant, he tries to accommodate everything. Especially the receptionist and Mrs. Alenka from massages are wonderful ladies with a beautiful human approach. A	Ani Martirosyan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean and spacious, the hotel is only good for sleeping and having shower there. The dinner lasts just one hour, it is from 6 to 7 and there is no choice. The waitress just brought half a kilo of knedliks covered with dill sauce and a small piece of dry meat, never even asked about allergies. We had a bottle of wine included in a package and the receptionist told that we can choose it, whereas the waitress didnt think so and got rid of the worst bottle they had! Breakfast was supposed to end at 10, at 9:40 we discovered it was already over and staff was really annoyed to bring the breakfast bread and butter back. The receptionist told us that especially for us they will serve dinner after 8, when we finish the "procedures" (i.e. the most unprofessional and disgusting massage and a nonexisting but paid wrapping ) which was a lie!! We had to negotiate to have our dinner taken in boxes to a room. Though we ended up feeding it to dogs. The only worthy place was salt cave.
