D	Dominik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind leider nicht so zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Am Ankunftstag hat man zu uns gesagt das ein "Ankunftsabendessen" für uns vorgesehen war-Hühnerleber-, wir konnten also nicht wählen,das geht natürlich gar nicht.Hier ist uns dann das sehr nette Personal im liebevoll gestalteten Restaurant entgegengekommen und hat uns Geschnetzeltes zubereitet. Am Ankunftstag haben wir dann Kotstreifen in der Toilette vorgefunden und aus sämtlichen Wasserleitungen (Dusche und Bad) kam rodtbraunes Wasser. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat uns irgendwie nicht verstanden (haben es Samstag früh gemeldet) und bot uns dann zu unserer Verwu derung Samstag Spätnachmittag (Sonntag morgen Abreise) ein anderes Zimmer -ohne Balkon- an.Zum Abschied gabs von diesem Herren kein "Auf Wiedersehen" oder eine "gute Fahrt", nichtmal ein "Danke für Ihren Besuch". Die Wellnessanwendungen werden außerdem von einer "all in one" Dame durchgeführt die sonst die Zimmer reinigt.Wir sprechen hiermit keine Weiterempfehlung aus Unfortunately we are not so happy with this hotel. On the day of arrival we were told that a "dinner for dinner" was provided for us-chicken liver, so we could not choose, that is of course not. Here we met the very nice staff in the lovingly designed restaurant and made us sliced , On the day of arrival we then found fouling in the toilet and from all the water pipes (shower and bath) came brown water. The gentleman at the front desk did not understand us somehow (reported it Saturday morning) and offered us to our Verwu change Saturday late afternoon (Sunday morning departure) another room without a balcony. To parting gabs of this gentlemen no Auf Goodbye "or a" good trip ", not even a" thank you for your visit ". The spa treatments are also carried out by an "all in one" lady who otherwise cleans the rooms. We do not recommend this
A	Annabell Abe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, das sehr schön! Aber die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig... Im Badezimmer Haare von den Vorgängern, wenn man den TV ein wenig nach rechts oder links bewegt Staub ohne Ende! Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig man hört alles vom Flur und von den Nachbarzimmern! Das essen ist geschmacklich gut aber die Portionen zum Abendessen mini klein. Die Massagen waren ein Flop... Fußreflexzonenmassage war überhaupt nicht gut die Ganzkörpermassage war ok, während der Massage läuft radio Musik und zwischendurch kommen ständig andere angestellte rein nichts zum entspannen. The rooms are very large, which is very nice! But the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired ... In the bathroom hair from the predecessors, if you move the TV a little to the right or left Dust without end! The rooms are very badly soundproofed you can hear everything from the hallway and from the neighboring rooms! The food tastes good but the portions for dinner are small. The massages were a flop ... foot reflexology was not good at all, the full body massage was ok, while the massage was on radio music and in between other employees kept coming in to relax.
E	Emma bmx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren dort zum Wellness Wochenende. Das Personal war total unfreundlich. Die Massagen waren lieblos.man kam sich vor, als wäre ihnen die Arbeit dort zu viel. Hier bringt uns niemand mehr hin. Allerdings haben wir uns nochmal nach Marienbad getraut, nach so einer Enttäuschung vom Hotel haben aber diesmal das Hotel St. Moritz gebucht also dieses können wir mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Dort wurden wir 1a behandelt. We were there for the wellness weekend. The staff was totally unfriendly. The massages were loveless; you felt as if the work there was too much for them. Nobody can take us here anymore. However, we dared to go to Marienbad again, but this time after such a disappointment with the hotel Booked the Hotel St. Moritz so we can recommend this with a very clear conscience. There we were treated perfectly.

S	Scott Sophos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good basic hotel. Rooms need a refrigerator and a kettle. Spa is OK but cramped and procedures rushed and not relaxing as the staff is constantly chatting away. Half board dinners were very good.

Hotel staff is Service Minded and freindly. Treatments is good. Parking for free in Nice neighbourhood. Rooms and cleaning is spotless. Will be back again.
