Very good value for money, quiet environment near the forest and yet a short walk to the center. Possibility of parking (it would be nice to inform in advance on arrival that it is paid) and also count on the spa fee. Deluxe room clean, quiet, I recommend to download the heating for the night, otherwise it is buzzing. Standard choice of breakfast options, very nice nice staff.

In the Děvín spa, my friend and I were on a week-long stay with 18 procedures for a great price. The whole stay was wonderful in one word. We never understood how so many amazing and relaxed people can work in one place. Nurses, waitresses, chefs, maids ..... they all kept smiling and handing out wonderful energy to everyone all day. I'm a vegetarian and they prepared vegetarian meals for me every day, and no one had the slightest problem with that. My friend and I would like to thank everyone for being able to put in a good mood from morning to evening. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely plan to return to Děvín. I booked my stay at the last minute through booking and I was glad that my reservation was confirmed immediately. I visited the hotel with my family. The location of the hotel was conveniently located for us, close to shops, restaurants and the center. Parking at the hotel is very small, sometimes we had to go through it twice and wait, count on a fee of 180 CZK / day. The hotel and facilities are older, but everything is maintained and clean. The staff was friendly, the receptionist helpful and the maid as well. We did not use their wellness. The hotel bar - wine and cocktails - is outside the main building, so we didn't use it due to our son either. When booking we were confused by the equipment of the rooms, we expected a refrigerator, I recommend to ask when booking. The room was big enough and had plenty of storage space. Facilities also included a TV, kettle and hairdryer. One mattress was lying down - a dimple. We had a smaller bathtub in the bathroom and a toilet behind the corner, the air extraction just hums a little and doesn't help much. We were worried about the breakfast, but it came in handy - yogurts, muesli, buns, fruit, vegetables, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, sausages, eggs and even those beans ? We paid with a benefit card, this must be reported in advance. There are always some flies. We were generally satisfied, I can definitely recommend.
