Ich erhielt die Auskunft: Wir haben unseren eigenen Wechselkurs (für einen EURO gibt's hier nur 21 statt ca. 25,50 CZK). Sehr unfreundliches und lustloses Personal. Be careful, you will be ripped off if you pay with EURO. I received the information: We have our own exchange rate (for a EURO there are only 21 instead of about CZK 25.50). Very unfriendly and listless staff.

Так как мы едем своим автомобилем через евро зону. Документы подтверждающие у нас забрали в инфоцентре на центральной улице. Сейчас у нас сняли с карты эту сумму мотивируя не подтверждением суммы оплаты. Как разбираться понять не можем. Может кто побывал в похожей ситуации, подскажите дальнейшие действия? We have rested in Marianske Lazne for several years already. But this time there was an incident. We made a purchase, issued a refund of the duty, and gave us the money in cash. Since we are driving our car through the euro zone. The documents confirming were taken from us in the information center on the central street. Now we have withdrawn this amount from the card, not justifying the payment amount. We cannot understand how to figure it out. Maybe someone has been in a similar situation, tell me what to do next?
M	Monika Malá on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zprvu jsme informační centrum nemohli najít. Na ulici jsou špatně uvedené směrové ukazatele- neřiďte se jimi!!! Když jsme infocentrum našli, byli jsme velmi zklamaní. Dříve velký prostor přímo na hlavní ulici se spoustou letáků zdarma a nástěnkama s akcemi, teď malá kancelář, kde se skoro nic nedozvíte aniž byste museli vyčkávat než na vás přijde řada. Vše působí dojmem ,,najdi si sám, hlavně rychle ven,,. Špatně se pohybujcí lidé mají velmi ztížený vchod, babička nám málem nevyšla kopec, kde centrum je. Schody byli třešnička na pomyslném dortu. Když mám naší návštěvu shrnout, nejvíc se nám líbil ochotný personál, který se snažil i ve ztížených podmínkách podat informace a samozřejmě nás zahřála u srdce FONTÁNA At first, we could not find the information center. Formerly a large space right on the main street with lots of free flyers and event boards, now a small office where you can learn almost nothing without having to wait for your turn. Everything gives the impression of "find yourself, especially out quickly". Poorly moving people have a very difficult entrance, my grandmother almost did not climb the hill where the center is. The stairs were the icing on the imaginary cake. To sum up our visit, we liked the helpful staff the most, who tried to provide information even in difficult conditions and, of course, warmed us at the heart of the FOUNTAIN.

S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im KIS Infocenter gibt es Infomaterial für Marienbad und Umgebung.Man kann sich für Ausflugsfahrten Karten kaufen oder Straßenkarten bzw.einfach sich verschiedene Auskünfte einholen.Wir kaufen dort gerne unsere Ansichtskarten und Marken dazu.Es gibt T-Shirts mit Marienbad Aufdruck oder die besonders ausgefallenen Schnabeltassen für die Trinkbrunnen.Das Geschäft ist mitten auf der Hauptstraße: Hlavni 47/28,die durch Marienbad führt.Es ist an einem großen grünen "i" Schild zu erkennen.Das Personal versteht gut Deutsch und ist kundenfreundlich. The shop is in the middle of the main street: Hlavni 47/28, which leads through Marienbad. It can be recognized by a large green "i" sign. The staff understands German well and is customer-friendly.

W	Who Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service encountered in this place. We waited in the queue for our turn to find out if they had a City Map when a local lady came into the office. The tall lady behind the counter after finishing with the couple she was dealing with, wags her finger to the local lady calling her over! The local lady points to us but 'her behind the counter' refuses to acknowledge the local lady's request. A wonderful case of blatant bad manners by this member of the TIO, so we left totally disgusted. When we got back to our accommodation we are told it hasn't been the first time as this office is building up a reputation from some members of it's Staff for bad manners towards tourists. Maybe that is why they do not have an email address to send a complaint?
