beautiful old spa hotel in the town center, unfortunately, already a bit used; excellent location in the wonderful spa center (amazing architecture); connected by trolleybus transport (e.g. train station)

Went there with my grandma to sit down outside for some drinks. Staff was completely ignoring us, despite a fact that the restaurant and seating area outside were almost empty. As long as you don't speak Russian or German, don't expect any service at all.

Hell's Kitchen. Very friendly waiter, therefore 1 star. Handling feed back at reception desk 0 stars. Chef de cuisine must learn about food allergy and cross contamination. When one does have a food allergy, you're at the wrong place, the wrong Chef. Their kitchen is all mixed up. I've got three times in a row food with an ingredient that I have an allergy for. That is Parsley. The waiter did his utmost best, but the Chef lost control over his kitchen logistics. First time the parsley was all over, second time it was hidden in between the food! Third time it was still there, hidden even deeper. What does this chef understands about severe food allergies and their consequences?! The previous night we had dinner at the attached other restaurant, that chef went perfect! So I went to their reception desk and told them that the food next door at Café Bohemia, was perfect for allergy people with food allergy. She said;" That restaurant is privately owned. I said I had a terrible experience with this restaurant right now. She said; This restaurant belongs to our hotel. So I said what are you going to do about it?! Because I thought; feed back can always help to improve a situation. But she said; "Nothing". (!?) I said; I'm going to wright a review about it. She said; I'm sorry. I said I'm also sorry for having to write this. So this situation is a typical persisting culture in their particular business. Lucky for them I'm not Gordon Ramsey. My recommendation is to choose next door at Café Bohemia.

This was our second stay in the Bohemia hotel. We stayed here a year ago, too. We were very satisfied with this choice and therefore came again. Although the hotel is located in the Main (Hlavní) street of Mariánské Lázně it was a quiet location and just a few minutes to the Spa Colonnade. Our room was spatious, clean and comfortable. No problems with locker and internet access in the room. Nice breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. We greatly appreciated that the room cleaning due to coronavirus was available only on request. Our dog (French bulldog Meddy) also enjoyed a stay in this hotel, he particularly liked sitting at the balcony and looking around.

I am very happy to make these comments regarding my stay. 1. Situation : COPPENS Room 412 Stay 2 nights 14-16 October - Half board. Plus parking. 2. The room : Very good room. Good service regarding purity maintenance drink and sanitary supplements. 3. The reception : Correct and helpful staff. Excellent. 4. The restaurant : The food was well prepared. Nice presentation. The chefs came regularly to check the buffets. Friendly room staff. Minus : The range and nature of the food products was of a very mediocre level. Not in line with what you expect from this hotel.d Big minus (and totally UNACCEPTABLE): The control of the COVID measures in the restaurant. People enter restaurant with mouth mask. Excellent. But often forget to wear this mouth mask afterwards when they go to the buffet dishes to serve. Every time (both in the morning and in the evening) I had to intervene myself to wear the mouth mask. That is not my job, but the job of the hall staff. But the hall staff was much too lax in this. As if COVID just didn't exist anymore. This is really not possible for us. And please note we are both fully vaccinated (Pfizer) and have a valid Corona passport. 5. Parking : Good system with access to parking via Kamerdadge. Works well. However, I think that the parking of a hotel like this should be free. So far the evaluation of our stay at Orea Bohemia Spa Hotel.

I had a very terrible time in this hotel. It's a very old building with some damages in the walls and furniture that they don't even try to hide it (look the pictures). The receptionist manager is unfriendly and rude, I made the reservation one month in advance and I had no clue in the website or via email that for use the wellness I'd have to make reservation in advance, so when we arrived there all the wellness was overbooked and we had nothing to do in this hotel. We made the checkout one day before that was expected and since then I'm waiting for refund about the day that I didn't use (7 days waiting so far). Definitely it's not what I was expecting from a 4 starts hotel.

An older but well-maintained hotel in the heart of the town (beginning of spa zone). Very nice room, quite large. Meal choices (breakfast buffet / dinner buffet) somewhat repetitive. Outrageous charge for a dog (more than for the human guest). But I would still recommend for its location, service, and atmosphere.
