In the hotel orea Palace we unfortunately had big problems because our travel voucher was not recognized there even though he was paid and booked according to the travel agency

A bit older hotel, but still great. Staff very friendly and courteous. The buffet is great. Nothing to complain about.

Clean and tidy. If you are looking for a cheap hotel to experience something outside, this is the place for you. As a spa I would not recommend the Exelsor. Massages were very painful. I have bruises everywhere. Sauna nice new but for wellness weekend just too little feeling. And only a small cold pool. Most of all and the food disappointed. Partly uncooked food. Sour cheese and unappetizing leftovers from the day before. The food editor was rude. On my question which soup that is I got the answer "Green soup" Marienbad is worth a visit. But not necessarily in the Exelsor.

Lens o.k. was the location of the hotel, the basic cleanliness and the size of the rooms. The equipment of the hotel in the style of the turn of the century - mind you: 18th to 19th century - you have to like - it was not our thing. Less convincing was the massage or the wellness package. Underground was however the WLAN quality and the food. The latter was so bad that despite half board after the first evening we were (very good) eating out. A nice example of how a single service area can ruin an entire hotel.

Nice, well-kept hotel, but then already getting old. Friendly staff, parking only for a fee. On the street park only overnight for free. Breakfast buffet is okay, but no **** stars. In the evening there is also a buffet, but also more ** stars, because ****.

A nice hotel with a sophisticated atmosphere. Nicely decorated room with a large bathroom. During our stay there was a good breakfast buffet and every evening a changing buffet for dinner. The care by a spa doctor and a team of assistants was very good. Everyone was extremely nice and endeavored for their guests.

Chateau Monty Spa Mariánské Lázně not only perfectly implements the offered service, but also surprises in the field of gastronomy, balneology and otherwise. The customer is not only a knowledgeable return object, but a truly welcome guest, as is common in the serious capitalist world. So I didn't see just the usual spa business there, but rather an immediate interpersonal relationship and interest in trying to create an atmosphere of friendly interpersonal connection for clients, starting with the perfect cleaning team. And if a satisfied guest is also unexpectedly and pleasantly pleased with an unsuspected bonus to the ongoing names, it is an example of not only courtesy attention, but a beautiful human relationship, where a smile is a matter of course. That will really please even the hardened annoyance, won't it? Yes, I truly admit that I have never encountered something similar in our country to such an extent and intensity, either during the Czechoslovak period or during the epoch of the capitalist Czech Republic. Unless sometimes far from sophisticated supportive civilized borders ... The Marianskolazensky treatment facility Chateau Monty Spa directly pampers those present, but does not do so only formally. For gifts to today's names in addition, I also received smiles, although unfortunately in reality with the prescribed anti-pandemic respirators on my face. Such is the time. .. But the staff replaces you with a human warmth, which you will not find anywhere else to such an extent. And if you don't believe it, get inspired! I prefer not to put my hand in the fire, because I'm a painful pain, but I sincerely and really like to put that imaginary hand on my heart. It is a pity that miracles happen only sporadically and last so short. So VERY THANKS TO EVERYONE. Being satisfied is like a balm for the soul!
