The entrance is little bit hard to find but rooms are nice and staff is helpful.

Location just 7 minutes walk from main train station if you arrive by train there is no point of getting a taxi as the hotel is just across the park from the station
Great rooms and probably most comfortable beds
Room size - spacious rooms
Family friendly rooms - the one with courtyard view
Breakfast Was great, variety of traditional Jewish and middle eastern dishes, there was no coffee machine tho only instant coffee which is a huge minus.
Minuses:
SPA is not working, there was always a problem with pool - very cold, impossible to heat, the reception was absent for 2 days, saunas were turned off, cold rooms, the whole spa complex was just turned off and nobody was able to turn on heating there so people could visit the facilities. Massage impossible to book because there was no receptionist, and no other spa staff to help. The general reception desk had no idea how to operate spa hence there was no assistance. Vicious circle.
Staff offered to visit spa at sister hotel but what’s the point if we chose this hotel mainly because it had spa. For separate payment of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Batroom heater not working because of maintenance, so bathroom is chilly. Clima control can't be turned off so the room temperature was too cold.
Room is large enough to be spacious and it have ironing equipment. Very nice bathroom with modern large shower cabinet. Coffee maker plus hot water maker, both good quality.
