★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic stay at the Hotel Metamorphosis. The rooms were amazing and roomy. The locations is in the middle of everything we wanted to do and see. Honza's help during our stay was fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel just amazed me! Very beautiful roomy apartment with the interesting wooden ceiling.
Big bathroom with a "whirlpool" tube and shower as well.
The service was very good, I can't complain :). Anytime we had a question, the receptionist helped us.
What I personally see as a minus is bad coffee served during the breakfast. Other then that, we were very happy and we will come back soon :))!
And I forget to mention, there is no elevator (or we couldnt find any :))), but this was no problem for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in here when I was passing last Sunday morning at approx 11am.
I lost my phone and asked could I use the reception phone to call a family member, to find their location.
The guy at the reception desk was very rude and dismissive, when refusing as if was too much hassle for him, eventhough it was just the two of us in the reception area. Not what you would expect in the hospitality sector I'm my opinion.
Went to Caffreys Irish bar on the square and the girl there let me use their phone no hassle.

ous and clean, right in the middle to walk to everywhere. Also my driver Tomas is a kind, nice man.. All of the staffs really take good care of me, make me feel like home, eventhough i was far away from home..Bianca my private tour guide is funny and friendly as well. Thank you to all. Everything and everyone from this hotel were Above and beyond!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At check in they made us waste 1 hour of time. Very dirty carpeted rooms. It was cold at night and we could not regulate the room temperature. Windows overlooked a very noisy street, and it was difficult to sleep with all that noise. Also, if you choose to return to the hotel late at night you have to enter through a back door which, however, is poorly marked and difficult to find. Absolutely unfriendly staff. The breakfast was bad, cold coffee cold milk, little choice and bad quality.
The only plus is the location, but I wouldn't go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wonderful hotel! Highly recommend and right in the old town. The owner Hanzo was so nice and friendly!! The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and the 300 year old ceiling was beautiful. They have a few parking spots which can be reserved which I recommend if your driving! Also the hotel has a beer spa which is super cool. Make sure to click the right address when reserving the beer spa because there are a few locations around Prague.
