This time I was wondering to visit newly opened spa zone which is technically is totally fine, but not so relaxing because of many people. In addition I was charged first time for the parking in the country side. In other words it's overpriced and I will search for an alternative next time.
Z	Zannaza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant staff is amazing, bartender was really friendly. The price/quality was bad. relax massage wasn't relaxing at all, my back hurt for two days after. Had the feeling they tried to milk every penny out of you. Overall feeling I had there was "meh". Had way and way better hotels for a cheaper price.

Moderate breakfast (everything you can wish for, but made of low quality. Eggs were good, coffee was horrendous, cold cuts were good, orange juice wasn’t a juice, etc.). Dinner was excellent though. Will be coming back. :)

Not only they charge you for everything, meaning parking and wellness, which by the way this manner I have only seen in the Czech Republic - paying for wellness. We didn’t even try the restaurant, because of its high prices. The Regata bar had very rude bartender, who felt really annoyed when he had to clean a table for us to have a sit. In the morning, the average breakfast led to catastrophy. The coffee machine was half broken, people were waiting everywhere for a place to sit. We were lucky to find a table for four and another couple joined us due to overcrowding. Never seen this happen. The waiters did not refill the juice machine even after people told them. To top it up for check out at 10 we had to wait almost half an hour for our turn. Everyone waiting had some complaint or problem. The receptionist was alone and rude to all of the guests saying stupid comments. To sum it up I definitely do not recommend this hotel playing as luxurious something. Absolute disaster.
O	Oscar Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good things. The service was amazing as well the resort, really modern and new. No problems in the room, all was really clean. In the breakfast you can choose from fresh fruit, sweet bread, scramble eggs, bacon, types of cheese and salami. We had the chance to enjoy the wellness area, and it was really good, 3 types of sauna and whirlpools. Bad things. The room didnt look like a four star hotel, in my opinion it was small; we stay for 2 nights and we always heard everybody walking outside of the room, at some point I thought, there was a person on the speaker talking, there was really thing walls. During the night it was really hot and there was not AC, we had to pay for extra things like get a bathrobe for the wellness, towels and parking per day. The food in the breakfast as I mention, was really good but for for dinner, at least my dish, was really dry :(. In general was a nice experience, a really calm place to enjoy the nature and places around this small village (over here there is nothing to do) but in my opinion I was expecting something better for hotel relax as a four star hotel.
P	Pavlina Pinner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a voucher that hotel was offering however for our dates they had only available rooms in "dependance" which was a "pension" - information that we learned only after arriving, so instead of staying in a 4 star hotel as presented we stayed in pension with tiniest room ever. It was very clean though and staff was very helpful. Food is average and not worth the price - I was served the driest fish here I have ever had - they are obviously setting high prices because there is nothing else around...

J	Juna Paichadze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location (20 min by car to nearby skiing zones), English speaking staff, comfortable apartments, nice food and overall amazing experience. The hotel's service car driver picked our group up from the trian station in the middle of the night because of miscalculation with schedule on our part. The man has been the most positive introduction to this place as well as the last positive farewell when he dropped us off at the same station on our last day. If the hotel representatives are reading this now please give that man a Raise or medal or bonus or all of the above. Thank you, definitely recommend.
