b	brian davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited during the off season and was not disappointed. The staff really make this place special, they think of everything and will take care of anything. The breakfast is supurb and the rooms are nice enough. The spa is very relaxing but I cannot recommend getting a massage, although it may be better during the peak season, it was subpar. Seriously a 4.8 out of 5 experience.

(September 2016): Impeccable experience. Luxurious hotel, beautiful, functional, comfortable rooms. The restaurant is flawless with a world class breakfast as well as magnificent lunch and dinner. The staff is super friendly and tends to all your needs. They go out of their way to help from running outside to meet you when you first arrive to offering water every to you are leaving for a hike. The whole hotel has a great look and smell, very comfortable and quiet. There is a spa that includes a free sauna for guests. I highly recommend the facials. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. The Hennessy bar is cozy and well stocked. All the trail heads in the vicinity. If you are motivated, you can walk to the highest Czech mountain Snezka and back in one day. Then, you relax in the luxury only the Savoy can offer. Perfect stay and we will be back for sure!

The room was very disappointing - especially the bathroom: our showerhead holder was broken, the lights were flickering and there was no place near the sink to place your belongings. It seems we got the "eccessible" bathroom since the toilet was uncomfortably high and there was only a walk-in shower, no bath. After a day of sport activities I really wanted a warm bath, but they don't even have a public jacuzzi. You have to order a time slot in a private jacuzzi if you want one, and it was fully booked when we asked. Also, the beds in our room were sagging, the phone looks like something from the 70's and there is no A/C or ventilation so it got stuffy. We also got a poor view to the front parking. Maybe we were just out of luck, maybe there are better rooms - but it's worth making sure in advance. The breakfast was also a little disappointing, especially compared to the fact that the restaurant is truly amazing. Anyway, I really wholeheartedly recommend the massage treatments!

We had hot dog (you should try it!), Fried cheese and steaks. All was above expectation. Rooms are new, clean and smells like wood ?. And if you want you can spend some lovely time in their bar, which is authentic mountain bar, full of wood, cozy sofas and you'll find even "fireplace" (fake one, but feels good) ?. Tomorrow we are gonna try their Spa, I am not expecting anything wrong. In case I am wrong, will update this review.
