Overall it's a nice place, very well located in the proximity of a ski lift and the center of the village.
ACCOMMODATION
Rooms are spacious, well maintained, rather clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms were pretty nice as well.
The only drawback was that rooms aren't sound isolated, first few days we didn't have neighbors, but once the room next door was occupied we did hear lauder conversations as well as they were disturbed by our children playing.
MEALS
We had half board. Breakfasts were good. However the dinner wasn't really suitable for children, it was difficult to choose something for them, despite there was a choice from three dishes for each day. Also, as we had to eat lunch after skiing, we weren't hungry for a big dinner. Adults weren't particularly happy about the taste of the food (and we all know and rather like Czech cuisine). Desserts were very good indeed.
As a summary we'll be happy to return to the Three Roses, however we'd rather opt for accommodation with only breakfasts.
