S	Smiley Else on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Kuchen und das Eis waren top das Personal und Ambiente waren flop. Bis wir eine Bestellung aufgeben konnten, haben wir ca. eine viertel Stunde gewartet. Der war lauwarm und wurde vorher an den falschen Tisch serviert. Die Tische wurden nicht abgewischt und Mobilar ist alt und verschlissen. Unser Besuch fand am 11.10.2018 statt. The cake and the ice cream were great, the staff and ambience were flop. We waited about a quarter of an hour before we could place an order. It was lukewarm and was served at the wrong table beforehand. The tables were not wiped and the furniture is old and worn. Our visit took place on October 11th, 2018.

Pohár se docela dal, ale ovoce bylo rozmražené. A vzhledem k velikosti porcí obou jídel, byla cena nepřiměřená. Jediným plusem byl snad krásný výhled a příjemná obsluha, která však zmateně pobíhala po kavárně a nikdo z nich nevěděl, kam patří která objednávka. Tento chaos nepůsobí na hosty moc profesionálně a útulně. Musíme ale říct, že před kavárnou prodávali točenou borůvkovou zmrzlinu, která byla výborná. We had a chocolate cake with raspberries and an ice cream sundae in this restaurant. The cake was dry and tasteless. He had nothing to do with a quality chocolate cake. The cup was quite good, but the fruit was thawed. And given the size of the portions of both dishes, the price was disproportionate. The only plus was perhaps a beautiful view and pleasant service, which, however, puzzled about the cafe and none of them knew where the order belongs. This chaos does not affect guests very professionally and cosily. But we have to say that outside the cafe they were selling draft blueberry ice cream, which was delicious.

Nevadí nám čekat na donesení jídla či pití, ale vadí mi NEZÁJEM obsluhy o hosta. We cannot evaluate the quality of the food because even after 15 minutes of waiting (the waitress passed several times) we were not asked to express our order. We do not mind waiting for bringing food or drinks, but I do NOT care about the staff for the guest.
