K	Kevin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I’ve ever had. Starters and main course were served at the same time, waiters were extremely rude, even yelled at us at some point. Avoid this place at all cost! Or take away cause the food was pretty good.

The mushroom soup was clearly defristed and reheated including the cream that was in the soup as it was extremely sour and smelled off. My mother in law is a traditional czech cook and it eas her soup that tasted and smelled off yet the waiter denied there was a problem. Avoid here.....as will we in future. There's many more great places to eat in Spindl.

It is the customer who decides what tip to leave if he is satisfied and such behavior is very rude. Coffee and cake were very average. Prices are very high comparing to the prices, for example, in Harrachov.

Once confronted, did not return the full amount. I asked for the manager and asked to call the police. The lady manager did not do anything and told me to call the police. Eventually nobody in the restaurant seemed to have a problem with this. Horrible place where waiters and waitresses are thieves. This is a tourist trap. Be very careful. Do not go here!!!

As many other people here mentioned - the first issue was related to the language we speak. All non-Czech speaking people are treated way worst than local people. There is a rule - first come first served. It doesn’t work in this restaurant. We have ordered a starter and main meals. We have received the starter and… nothing else. People who came later than us received all the food and drinks and we were still waiting. After talking to the waiter nothing has changed. Except the owner/manager who popped up out of nowhere and started being REALLY RUDE and swearing / pointing fingers at us. We have tried to be nice but this place doesn’t deserve for any good opinion. The food was also so so - you can try better Czech cuisine in few other places in the city. Highly not recommended.
Y	Yossi Pinkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good restaurant. Good, fast service. We ate here twice. First time we ordered grilled pork knuckle, very tasty. The day after we ate grilled ribs. Generous portion, tasty and soft. Highly recommended.
