Nicely renovated in good quality. All you need, high in mountains far away from cars & traffic. It only requires a bit of logistic coordination as it is not directly on ski slopes.

Excellent Svickova and desserts, served in a very pleasant environment of a newly built dining room (panoramic views, plush carpets, whatever you would expect of an upmarket hotel).

We just spent 5 days with my family on a ski holiday. Our first time skiing. And this place was amazing. They have their own little blue run and an instructor on hand to teach us how to ski (20€ per hour session). They picked us up from a car park from the bottom of the mountain in snow truck which was awesome fum for the kids. Our booking came with complimentary breakfast and we paid for the half board which was a buffet dinner. The dinner everynight was different Czech food. Mostly comprised of well cooked mean and vegetables. Everything was really tasty. The breakfast was the usual continental breakfast fare. There's a couple of things u should know before u go though. First and possibly the most important thing. Make sure you hire you skis before you go to the hotel because there is no convinient place to hire the gear once u get up. You'll have to pay for a taxi to the main town to hire it. Second is that you normally pay the ski instructor directly in cash. There wasn't a cash machine with we were there but the lady at the reception said there should be one next year. But I would recommend bring some cash with u just in case. All the staff were very accommodating and helpful. They helped us out quite a few times because we were unfamiliar with the area and skiing. The staff were great with the kids. They loved the holiday. I can't say enough good things about this place. They are also still renovating it quite a bit and will have a swimming pool at some point.

Nice hotel and very nice and helpful staff. They did for us what we wanted and cooked food what was not even on the menu ;) the hotel is gradually being renovated, so you can still find some "original" and old school places in the hotel, but room are renovated, nice and clean. Sauna is renovated as well and very nice. Highly recommend.

OK, some rooms may not have a view, but they are clear about this on their web. Surrounding is beautiful, staff friendly, breakfasts very nice, dinner buffet super - I really mean this. Wellness is also very good. Table tennis, 2 pools, even during a rain one does not have to turn to crosswords... And my son is happy here.

+ Plenty of hikes available right around the hotel so no need to drive anywhere in the summer. Restaurant and terrace nicely renovated. - Rooms are old and poorly equipped. Food is rather bland and the markup on wine is a ridiculous 400-500%. We had the added excitement of some drunks wreaking havoc in the night until the police came about 45 mins later.

Very good hotel with spa facilities. Staff is very helpful and professional. Beautiful view on the valley from the practically whole hotel. Facilities of the spa are very wide. There are two types of sauna, jacuzzi and pool. Restaurant serves very tasty food with local products.
