Stets sehr freundliche Bedienung gehabt und auch ein gutes Angebot. Gerne wieder. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. The well-being restaurant in Horni Mala Upa with a very nice cozy dining room and terrace overlooking the Schneekoppe. Always very friendly service and also a good offer. Gladly again. Parking at the house.

( Internet Wifi stabil vorhanden. ) Die Inhaberin Monika geht auf die Wuesche der Gaeste ein und schafft damit eine fast familiaere Verbindung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden auch wiederkommen. Unterkunft vermutlich auch im Fruehjahr fuer ausgedehnte Wanderungen bestens geeignet. The hotel is lovingly run and if you want to ski and toboggan with children for a few days in winter and can do without television, this is the place to be in the right place. (Stable Internet Wifi available.) The owner Monika responds to the wishes of the guests and creates an almost familiar connection. We liked it very much and we will be back. Accommodation is probably also ideal for long hikes in spring.

Wenn man allein ein Zimmer bucht mag das Wasser reichen. Als Familie muss man sich nach dem Skilaufen mit kalten Wasser zufrieden geben. Auch eine Entschuldigung kam nicht mehr. Schade das der Gast nur als Masse gesehen wird. Man muss den Anspruch jedenfalls ordentlich zurückschrauben. Leider auch beim Duschen! Unfortunately only an accommodation, but no hotel. Po večeři bez možnosti výběru následovala nevolnost. Úklid pokoje nevalný - černé vlasy na podlaze před sprchou. Vybavení pokoje velmi spartánské. Komu se líbí familiérní přístup personálu, ten si snad přijde na své.Rozhodně nedoporučuji. Jídlo bylo určeno nejspíš pro předškolní děti a nápoje jsme byli rádi, že jsme vůbec dostali. O ručnících velikosti utěrek raději ani nemluvě. Snad už nikdy nebudu muset jet ani kolem. EDIT: Dost pochybuji, že by kdokoliv záměrně požadoval takto nekvalitní službu a zacházení s hosty. Nevidím důvod Vám cokoliv sdělovat do očí a poslouchat, že zrovna nemáte svůj den, a proto se chováta takto. Myslím si, že je daleko přínosnější Vám touto standartní cestou sdělit Vaše hrubé nedostatky, které si tak třeba uvědomíte a vezmete více k srdci a zároveň alespoň informuji ostatní nešťastníky, kteří by náhodou k Vám omylem zabloudili, o tom, že by se Vašemu objektu měli raději obloukem vyhnout. P	Petr Vošahlík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horská chata vhodná pro rodiny s dětmi. Paní majitelka nám vyšla ve všem maximálně vstříc. Klasická Česká kuchyně velmi chutná. Krásná příroda vhodná na tůry.Sjezdovka cca 300m od hotelu vhodná pro začátečníky. Jsme zde po druhé a určitě ne naposledy. Mountain cottage suitable for families with children. The lady owner was very accommodating to us in everything. Classic Czech cuisine is very tasty. Beautiful nature suitable for hiking. Ski slope about 300m from the hotel suitable for beginners. We are here for the second time and certainly not for the last time.
