★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is okey for the price it has. The reception staff was nice but the breakfast staff were very rude... I think they don't know how to treat the clients properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hôtel 4 stars ?... Walls were dirty, room was too simple and bathroom's doors didnt work properly. Also no aircon, kettle or any glass.
My rate is 2 cuz of clean towels and bed sheets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll tell you about my experience, I arrived at 22.45 the hotel door was locked, I tried the buzzer for reception NO ANSWER, I called the hotel phone number NO ANSWER, I tried calling the phone number on their website NO ANSWER.I COULDN'T GET INTO THE HOTEL ,I SPENT THE WHOLE NIGHT WAITING OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL. The next morning I finally managed to get into my room, the owner/manager apologised saying I was not including the country dialing code(it wasn't on their website) . If you book this hotel call them FIRST, I had a reservation but they shut the reception and its not 24 hour!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good location. The hotel is really easy to get to from Namesti Miru metro station. There are many shops in the area and a few bars and restaurants nearby too. I think the room needs a bit more attention - wallpaper was peeling in some places - but altogether a good size for the part of town and money paid. Breakfast was OK, but the dining area was a little small. Also the food options were a little limited.

Nothing works: bed is hard like there is no mattress at all, everything is a bit dirty, wc doesn't function properly etc. Worst part is that the room is very hot at night since there is no air conditioning = open the window and hear all the noices from the street = don't sleep at all.
This is max 2 star hotel/hostel and has nothing to do with 4 stsrs.

I stayed there in room 602 between 17 - 20 February 2022
And I didn't choose your hotel that my travel agency made this reservation.
In my opinion this hotel doesn't to deserve 4 stars
But, honestly i agree with you for 30€ this hotel is not bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great check in process which allowed us to arrive after 00:00 and not disturb anyone. Lovely room which was clean and tidy. Great breakfast which is included and overall a great price.
