Náhrobní deska zasazená do zdi pochází z původní hrobky rodiny Švehlovy.
Záběhlice cemetery was founded in 1888, because the old burial ground near the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary was already overfull. In March 1888 a new place was found, the cemetery was measured and in 1888-89 it was built by the businessman Antonín Červenka. In 1889 it was consecrated at the same time as the chapel of the local chateau. In 1970, burials were stopped here for hygienic reasons and the cemetery was destined for closure. In 2001, burials were resumed - but only for urn funerals. There are 242 graves, 4 tombs and 31 urn graves on an area of 0.23 hectares. To the left of the entrance is a modern monument to the family of former Prime Minister Antonín Švehla made of dark polished granite. The tombstone set into the wall comes from the original tomb of the Švehla family.
