★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 23.8.2019 jsem měla odjed na zájezd do Londýna s cestovní kanceláří HS Tour s.r.o.. Tento zájezd se nekonal a cestovka mi nabídla náhradní termín 15.11.2019. Kdybych se nedotazovala cestovky, tak se ani nedozvím, že i tento zájezd se nekoná. Poslední kontakt s cestovkou jsem měla 11.11.2019, od té doby cestovka opět nekomunikuje. Toto jednání mi přijde velmi neseriózní a začínám se obávat, že na žádný zájezd neodjedu a ani neuvidím peníze.
 On 23.8.2019 I had to leave for a trip to London with travel agency HS Tour s.r.o .. This trip did not take place and the traveler offered me a replacement date 15.11.2019. If I did not ask the travel agency, I would not even know that this trip is not taking place. The last contact with the traveler I had 11.11.2019, since then the traveler is not communicating again. This behavior seems to me very unreliable and I am beginning to worry that I will not go for any trip or see the money.
