★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtel jsem pres realitku koupit nemovitost, ale cekal jsem na odpoved od maklere a jednatele pana R.K. celych 6 dni. Zadna reakce, odpoved na sms, nic. Tenhle pristup povazuji za velmi arogantni.
 I wanted to buy real estate through real estate, but I was waiting for an answer from the broker and executive Mr. R.K. the whole 6 days. No reaction, reply to sms, nothing. I find this approach very arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inzerovaná nemovitost neobsahovala reálné fotografie - po žádosti o fotografie a přesné umístění nemovitosti mi bylo zásláno několik fotek interiéru ale přesnou lokalizaci nemovitosti mi realitka nesdělila - jak mohu tímto způsobem zvážit zda mám o inzerovanou nemovitost vůbec zájem??? I na prohlídky jsme se měli setkat jinde a k nemovitosti jít pěšky... nechápu, neprofesionální, pro nás by to byla zbytečná cesta...
The advertised property did not contain real photos - after requesting photos and the exact location of the property, I was sent a few photos of the interior, but the exact location of the property was not communicated to me by the real estate - how can I consider whether I am interested in the advertised property at all ??? We were supposed to meet for tours elsewhere and walk to the property ... I don't understand, unprofessional, it would be a useless trip for us ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volala jsem paní makléřce, že máme zájem o prohlídku inzerovaného domu a bylo mi arogantně sděleno, že již podepisuje rezervační smlouvu a nabídku stahuje ze všech dostupných serverů. A světe div se, nabídka na všech serverech zůstala nadále. Za dva dny paní makléřce volal přítel a najednou byla možnost prohlídky klidně ihned. Chápu, že mohl rezervaci někdo zrušit, ale to jednání stylem ,,neotravuj, ten dům už jsem prodala,, mě prostě naštval a donutil napsat tuto recenzi. Realitní makléři by si měli uvědomit, že je to jejich práce, kdy za někdy nekvalitní a odflinknutou práci dostanou spoustu peněz a tak by se měli ke všem zájemcům chovat s úctou, což dle našich zkušeností z 90% nefunguje.
I called the broker that we were interested in a tour of the advertised house and I was arrogantly informed that she was already signing a reservation contract and withdrawing the offer from all available servers. And wonder of the world, the offer remained on all servers. In two days, the broker's friend called, and suddenly the inspection was easy immediately. I understand that someone could have canceled the reservation, but the meeting in the style of "don't bother, I already sold the house" just made me angry and forced me to write this review. Real estate agents should realize that it is their job that they get a lot of money for sometimes low-quality and unfinished work, so they should treat all interested parties with respect, which in our experience does not work 90%.
