★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když to tu tak čtu tak mě něco v mém těle donutilo napsat tuto recenzi. Inet4 máme tak 3 roky a co tu čtu tak nevím jakou službu máte zakoupenou nebo v jaké končině žijete. Já mám permanentní stahovaní +- 6,5 MB/s = +- 50Mb/s a to mám ať jsem připojen v síti sám nebo celá rodina. Výpadky internetu byly tak jednou až třikrát do měsíce, někdy i třeba dvakrát za týden. Jednou nám vypadl internet, že už nešel po telefonátu s operátor jsem si domluvil schůzi s technikem, který v krátké časové době přijel a řekl nám, že máme rozbitou jednu z komponent, která rozvádí síť z antény do routerů. Vše ochotně vyměnil k tomu ještě vyměnil starou anténu za nejnovější a to stejné udělal i s routrem. Po výměně všeho potřebného internet šlape tak jak má a to 24/7 jak v dešti (bouřce), tak i v silném větru. Od doby výměny byl výpadek jednou za 4 měsíce a to z důvodu závady vysílače u operátora kvůli velké bouři. Za mě naprostá spokojenost. Rozumná cena za služby. Okres Táborsko.

We have been Inet4 for 3 years and I don't know what I read here what service you have purchased or in which end of the world you live. I have a permanent download of + - 6.5 MB / s = + - 50Mb / s and I have it whether I am connected to the network alone or the whole family. Internet outages were one to three times a month, sometimes even twice a week. Once we lost the Internet for not going after a phone call with the operator, I arranged a meeting with a technician who arrived shortly and told us that we had broken one of the components that distributes the network from the antenna to the routers. He willingly exchanged everything in addition to the old antenna for the newest one, and he did the same with the router. After exchanging everything you need, the internet treads as it should, 24/7 both in the rain (storm) and in strong winds. Since the replacement, there has been a failure once every 4 months due to a fault in the transmitter at the operator due to a major storm. Total satisfaction for me. Reasonable price for services. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dříve byl problém, jelikož internet neustále vypadával a inet4 nedokázal napsat ani na fb, na web nebo kamkoliv, že se něco děje. Telefony nebrali, takže jediný způsob jak zjistit, že chyba není u nás byl jít se podívat na hodnocení na Google, kde přibývala špatná hodnocení. Poslední dobou se trochu zlepšili.
Firma nás nedokázala připojit na nové adrese, komunikuje jen v případě spolupráce, v případě výpovědi smlouvy musíte vypovědět oficiálně dopisem, protože už se Vám firma nikdy neozve.
Firmu koupil Starnet, který skoupil všechny ostatní pochybné poskytovatele internetu a dle hodnocení kterékoliv z firem to nedělají moc dobře.
Doporučuji si dát práci s hledáním a těmto firmám se vyhnout (především z důvodu příšerného zákaznického servisu a nulové informovanosti směrem k zákazníkům)

They've gotten a little better lately.
The company could not connect us to the new address, it communicates only in the case of cooperation, in the event of termination of the contract you must terminate officially by letter, because the company will never contact you again.
The company was bought by Starnet, which bought all the other dubious internet providers, and according to the evaluation of any of the companies, they are not doing very well.
I recommend working with the search and avoiding these companies (mainly due to terrible customer service and zero information towards customers)
