The internet often doesn't work, and when it does, it crashes.

I have no good experience with this company at all, on the contrary, it caused me great outrage. Last week, a sales representative of the NejNet company appeared in front of our house, where we have had a problem-free internet with top speed for years from the Starnet company from České Budějovice. Familiar with the situation and clearly finding out the condition on the antenna mast, he began to offer, tease and convince how great the internet he offers, at what great price and under what conditions. This company comes from Pardubice, where they obviously do not have enough customers due to their poor quality service, so this gentleman from Vlašim went to villages in the Český Krumlov region to persuade satisfied customers from the competition. With good communication skills, he got inside the house, where we wanted to listen to him and give him space to perform a "miracle". The Lord began to shyly criticize competing companies from the surrounding area, which he did not even know and even claimed that he would buy these remaining competing companies anyway in the future, when he had no idea what competitors he wanted to compare with here. After another debate, he encouraged a colleague to go and look at the roof as it all looked, and in the meantime he continued to talk to us down the room. In the meantime, a new colleague did not hesitate, decommissioned the used network from the Starnet company, including the router, put his router in its original place, placed the antenna on the roof and pretended not to be frosted. During this incredibly outrageous audacity, which the technician did not say in advance, a colleague at the bottom of the store was preparing to sign the contract. In his long talk, he also mentioned the offered speed of around 100 Mb / s, but the real speed was 38 Mb / s. The actions of this guard with both "masters" (to put it politely) are simply a disaster and inadmissibility. By lying, senseless arguments and unbearable behavior on the existing well-functioning connection, they simply could not succeed, not even by a stupid coincidence. If I have a good product under great conditions and with perfect service, then I definitely do not need to go around the barracks (as a Jehovist) and gossip about lying facts to the competition and forcefully stuff myself somewhere where there is already competition. I dare say that one would find the "well-functioning company" presented in this way on its own. A few days ago, with good intentions, we contacted the gentleman to come for his antennas with cables that we will not use, and of course he did not answer at all .. another conversation would not really be pleasant. When requesting the signing of the contract, this gentleman (I dare say) would speak immediately. Well, nothing, so thank you gentlemen for a very bad experience with their company NejNet, from which I have one great lesson to come in the future.
