Driving with the infobus was very good but the woman who work in the infobus office in Prague was so rude und unpolite. I have never meet a person like that before!

The staff women that talked to us gave us wrong information. She said that there weren’t any booked seats, so we arrived, we had a seat and a couple came to us saying that we were seating on their seat. Turns out that the seats were booked, and we had to make a 2 hours long trip withou the whole family toghether. The whole process was really long to.

This is probably the sketchiest bus ride I have ever had in my life. 1. The bus was very old, clearly needed maintenance work, and wasn’t very clean. 2. Upon entering the bus, the (what I’m assuming was) co-pilot didn’t speak a word of English and when I asked if this was the correct bus according to my ticket he just motioned me onto the bus. 3. We made a few pit stops into gas stations and other bus stations but we did make one stop in a parking lot not on the route to Kraków and picked up a random passenger who didn’t have a ticket but gave the driver money. Maybe this is a norm in the Czech Republic but I have been on many commercial busses before this one and this has NEVER happened. 4. Very little organization in terms of checking tickets and making sure the people who are on the bus are actually paying customers. My passport wasn’t even asked for. 5. This may be just two guys who own a bus and take people from one place to another. This shouldn’t be advertised as a commercial bus line because there was little to no regulation. 6. The driver was texting and driving a lot, wasn’t paying attention to the road, and at one point slammed on the breaks while on the highway and almost swerved off the road. NEVER AGAIN

Worst customer service ever. They are rude, do not able to answer simple questions and help their customers despite fact that these customers pay their wages. CONTINUE Need to update my review. Talked to customer service again today. We explained situation to each other and they were very polite and helpful now. Probably it was only misunderstanding yesterday. Thank you.

Horrible service! I made a refund on my bus ticket at the end of may and didn’t get my money back still! I emailed infobus and they sent me a picture of “refund confirmation” which contained the amount and status “done”. Guys, I can create you a million of such pictures! They told me to deal with my bank now. I emailed to the bank and they said they had no refund requests (there were no any problems with refunds in my bank before EVER!). So why should I now go back and force to find my money?? Whose problem is this? I payed you money for the ticket, now I want my money back. And I don’t want to waste my time on this conversations with you support, banks, etc.!
