★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po včerejším zážitku jsem se rozhodla napsat svoji zkušenost. Nijak tím nesrážím celkový charakter služeb centra, ale přesto si myslím, že k tomuto by docházet nemělo. Neschopnost zajistit si zaučený personál, který ví co dělá, mne stojí polízanice ohledně mého balíčku. Vlastně ani nevím, kde je. Bylo mi po telefonu slíbeno, že mi balík pozdrží, přijdu si ho vyzvednout a že už to prý nejde. Říkám, že jsem ale domluvená s kolegyní, že říkala, že v pořádku, balík počká. Odpovědí mi bylo, že je kolegyně nová a neví. To já samozřejmě chápu, ale tak by vedle nové měla být i nějaká zaučená. Říkám tedy, kde je ten balíček, už tedy odešel... neví a neví ani kde by na skladě mohl být pokud neodešel. Nejde o život, ale zamrzí to.

But I say that I have agreed with my colleague that she said that okay, the package will wait. The answer was that my colleague was new and didn't know. Of course, I understand that, but in addition to the new one, there should also be a learned one. So I'm saying where the package is, he's gone ... he doesn't know, and he doesn't even know where he might be in stock if he doesn't leave. It's not about life, but it will freeze.
