I applied for permanent residence in Prague 5 with the whole family within 20min including taking photos and issuing temporary documents. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick action. In three weeks they wrote an SMS saying it was done and it took 10 minutes to issue new OPs. Great office, as from another world. Thanks
