Tolik vstricnosti, ochoty, snahy pomoci v jakekoliv situaci, pochopeni, vysoke profesionality, jsem jeste nezazila a to vse v jakoukoliv ranni i nocni dobu. Shrnuto do dvou slov-nadstandartní služby.
