★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V upraveném parčíku jsem kolikrát poobědval s bezdomovci a finančníky (volači/nabízeči životka) z okolních firem velkého českého světa (20k základ + provize). Nerad se pojišťuji u takových firem. Nejsem totiž spekulant a pokud by se něco fakt stalo, nevěřím na vyplacení nějaké náhrady/spíš kompenzace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co se týče služeb a vyplácení pojistek je Kooperativa podle mě nejlepší. Mají dostatek poboček ve středu města. Nahlášení škody nebo úrazu lze i online. Jednu hvězdu odebírám za neúplné informace na webových stránkách. Pokud je pobočka v rekonstrukci, mělo by to být uvedeno na stránkách.
In terms of services and insurance payments, Kooperativa is, in my opinion, the best. They have plenty of branches in the city center. You can also report damage or injury online. I am collecting one star for incomplete information on the website. If the branch is under reconstruction, this should be stated on the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otázka zní, co hodnotit. Zda kvalitu produktů (což bude vždy subjektivní) nebo kvalitu personálu či budovy jako takové. V mém případě reknu, že paní, se kterou jednám, je vždy velice ochotná a možná pro mě dělá i víc, než je její povinností. Pokud pak jde o případná plnění škodných událostí, zatím jsem s tím neměl žádný problém. když jsem vytopil souseda, bylo vždy vše vyřízeno bez nejmenších problémů.

In my case, I will say that the lady I deal with is always very willing and maybe does more for me than her duty. As far as possible claims are concerned, I have not had any problems with that so far. when I heated the neighbor, everything was always done without the slightest problem.

Zaměstnanci zde dokáží být ochotní, sdělí všechny potřebné informace, v případě žádosti se snaží vyjít vstříc a v případě řešení problému sdělí všechny potřebné informace i osobní názor, který značně urychlí řešení záležitostí. Díky radám pána na pobočce a jeho pomoci jsem vyrozumění v obtížné záležitosti, kterou řeším již delší dobu, dokázal bez problémů vyřešit za necelou půlhodinu. Taktéž mi přehledně shrnul mé aktuální pojištění, co vše obsahuje a co je ještě možné navázat. Opravdu tuto pobočku doporučuji, dokáží zde velmi přehledně a s ochotou pomoci!

He also clearly summarized my current insurance, what it contains and what is still possible to establish. I really recommend this branch, they can do it very clearly and with willingness to help!
