★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutečně příjemná paní, i přes to že jsem přišla o pár minut později, kdy už měla mít zavřeno, ochotně mi toner naplnila a ještě jsme pokecaly.
Řekla jsem ji že na internetu je špatná otevírací doba a vůbec se na mě nezlobila. Prostě úžasný přístup. ?
Incredibly nice lady, even though I arrived a few minutes later, when it was supposed to be closed, she willingly filled my toner and we still talked.
I told her that there were bad opening hours on the internet and she wasn't angry with me at all. Just an amazing approach. ?
