You will be cheated for the rate they display and will never tell you about the commission. They promised 2,540 CZK for 100 Euros but I got only 1,828?? and they make you sign before you receive your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run away as fast as you can from these thieves! They were offering 20 Krona per Euro, when the official exchange rate is 25! I laughed at their offer and went to the next exchange office down the street and guess what? They offered 24.7 krona per Euro, which actually makes sense, because they had an honest business, as opposed to these crooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there. They pay for USD or EUR about 25% CZK less than other places. The mecanism is simple. The information about change rate is illegible. Of course you can withdraw from the transaction in 3 hours, what I did. Never ever go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, but pretty bad exchange rate for buying Euros - and the rate is hidden. The screens show buy rates for most currencies, but then switch to a sell rate when showing Euros, presumably so the rate looks a lot better. Disingenuous at best, dishonest at worst. I should have had my wits about me and compared the rate after asking for it, so that’s my own fault, but rates certainly shouldn’t be ‘hidden’ behind ‘clever’ marketing. Avoid.
